The Bored Board was a web-accessable, multiuser hotlist/bookmarks list. Weblinks are seperated by category, and are automatically moderated by the number of accesses to them through this system, and time to the last time they were accessed. Users of the system can also moderate links up or down manually.

With web services like del.icio.us and digg.com, there is no reason to maintain the Bored Board anymore.
